Instead of excluding the employee as a whole, make the exclusion per category.

An access role for accountants. This will ensure that the accountant will not show up in the list of employees when exporting timesheets or creating shifts.

For example, Sarah is scheduled to work Sat from 10am-5pm and Joe is scheduled to work Sat from 3pm-9pm. Sarah asks Joe to swap shifts due to a conflict in her schedule and he agrees. Allow Sarah to submit the change request to Joe and allow Joe to accept the request, at which time the schedule becomes updated, with a notification to the admin(s). Another example, Sarah is scheduled to work Sunday from 12pm-9pm, but is unable to work. Sarah asks Diane to cover her shift and Diane agrees. Allow Sarah to send her shift to Diane and allow Diane to accept it, at which time the schedule becomes updated, with a notification to the admin(s). Include rules that prevent overlapping shifts, overtime, and restrictions based on category eligibility.

This would allow them to simply enter this type of unavailability vs. having to select 12:00am-11:30pm for "all day" and having to enter multiple sequential days for multi-day unavailability.

Can employees edits lunch hours without me being notified?

It would be great to have the ability for staff to clock in under different "jobs" - e.g., Bartender, Server, Prep, Production. This will help us distribute pooled tips much faster and easier without having to cross-check many clock-ins throughout the week.

If POS Schedule View = All Shifts, when an employee is viewing the schedule, give them an option to toggle between the whole schedule or just their own schedule. Why we need it: Employees like to be able to see who they will be working with on a given day, especially if they may need to swap shifts for any reason. They also need an easy way to view just their own schedule for the week.

Why we need it: It is easier to catch clock in/out errors when seeing the daily timesheet with all employees included.

Why we need it: For the first part, we just need to be able to see the events. For the second, as an event is not part of the staffing schedule, it makes more sense to keep it separate from the rest of the actual schedule, thus the placement at the top

How can I change the way my timecards export. I would like it grouped by last name to make it easier to enter into my payroll system.
