Time Clock

Can you add a method to export a weekly schedule rather than just a monthly. This would be super helpful!

It would be helpful if the individual with a shift could claim theirs ONLY and others won't be able to claim a shift that doesn't belong to them.

Hello, I'm trying to remove some outdated schedule categories and even though I've checked all time punches in the last 5-weeks it's still throwing an error code: "Cannot delete schedule when shift is assigned". Can you help me with this? Categories we need to remove: Tasting Room Lead Experience Specialist Cellar Bottling & Packaging Left-Sick Thanks!

Hello, when in the monthly view I am not able to see the accumulative weekly hours for all the employees on the right side of the calendar. Is there an option that will make viewing employee total hours better? They run into each other as well as run into the following week. Thank you!

Is there a functionality to make it so that employees have to login to their clock in on a specific device. Such as a particular computer in the retail space?

We are building the schedule for February and noticed that when you put in a end date for a template, it is finished at that date, but you can’t edit it to extend the next month if nothing changed. You currently need to build another template. Can you please build it that when you add a template and it’s end date, you can still edit the end date, meaning if you wanted to extend it?

The overtime rate is not 2x in CA. Overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly.

If POS Schedule View = All Shifts, when an employee is viewing the schedule, give them an option to toggle between the whole schedule or just their own schedule. Why we need it: Employees like to be able to see who they will be working with on a given day, especially if they may need to swap shifts for any reason. They also need an easy way to view just their own schedule for the week.

For example, Sarah is scheduled to work Sat from 10am-5pm and Joe is scheduled to work Sat from 3pm-9pm. Sarah asks Joe to swap shifts due to a conflict in her schedule and he agrees. Allow Sarah to submit the change request to Joe and allow Joe to accept the request, at which time the schedule becomes updated, with a notification to the admin(s). Another example, Sarah is scheduled to work Sunday from 12pm-9pm, but is unable to work. Sarah asks Diane to cover her shift and Diane agrees. Allow Sarah to send her shift to Diane and allow Diane to accept it, at which time the schedule becomes updated, with a notification to the admin(s). Include rules that prevent overlapping shifts, overtime, and restrictions based on category eligibility.
