Does not auto-send text or email if the request is made through our website. In addition, the text message itself that is received, looks like spam. Is there a way to modify said auto-text??

Hi Grace! Auto-send does not work on web club signups. Only on POS. An alternative is that we can include the signature panel on your website before they complete the signup (See attached screenshot). Would something like that work for you? Because we use the same phone number across clients we need to maintain the text the same, but we are open to suggestions. What improvements would you make to it?
