"Downtime" feature to prevent contacts from entering multiple sequences

We have implemented a downtime feature to prevent contacts from receiving cart reminders for different carts, in case they start a new cart in another device.

The default "downtime" is 30 days. This means that if your customers have received a cart or club signup abandonment in the last 30 days, they won't get reminders for other carts.
